Coach Yoyo
Hello, my name is Coach Yosef and I am the proud founder of Soul Athletics. With a deep passion for player development, I have dedicated myself to helping athletes reach their full potential. Having experienced firsthand the impact of mentorship in my own soccer journey, I understand just how crucial it is to have someone guide and support you along the way.
Throughout my coaching career, I have always embraced the philosophy of continuous improvement. I firmly believe that every day presents an opportunity to get 1% better and to focus on the small details that can make a significant difference in your progress. This mindset sets apart amateur players from professionals, and I am committed to instilling this mindset in all my players.
Before becoming a coach, I had the privilege of playing as a professional for notable teams such as Atlanta United, Philadelphia Union, and Hobro IK in Denmark. Additionally, I had the honor of representing the U.S youth national teams during my younger years. These experiences have allowed me to play alongside some of the finest players, both domestically and internationally.
As the coach and founder of Soul Athletics, my primary objective is to prepare and guide each individual player to step up to the next level, whatever that may be for them. I am dedicated to helping them realize their full potential and achieve their goals in the world of soccer.
Coach Rob
Rob is an experienced and dedicated coach, joining our team from Sandy Springs, GA. With a background in playing at the Collegiate D1 Level and at the Philadelphia Union Academy, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the field. His passion for coaching extends beyond the game, as he also seeks to help players grow off the field. Prior to joining our team, Rob played as a right back at Clemson University, where he not only contributed 2 assists but also made the academic honor roll for 4 semesters. We are excited to have him on board and know he will make a valuable addition to our team.
Coach Mo
Coach Mo, originally from Peachtree Corners, GA, has a strong background in soccer. He was a standout player for his local club, GSA, during his childhood. His talent and dedication to the sport have led him to have professional opportunities abroad, where he has gained valuable experiences. Coach Mo has played for FC Farul in Romania, VfB Homberg in Germany, and FK Borac Banja Luka in Bosnia. With his exceptional skills, versatility, and tactical understanding, he has made a significant impact on each team he has played for. Now, he brings his expertise to help aspiring players reach their full potential. Coach Mo is excited to share his knowledge and experience with his team and help them reach the next level.
